Based on sub-item metering statistics and evaluation management technologies, it aims to improve system energy efficiency by employing integrated multi-energy efficiency tracking control technologies for system equipment, providing users with a platform for equipment energy efficiency tracking control and management. The system primarily includes air conditioning energy efficiency control and management, boiler energy efficiency control and management, solar thermal control and management, intelligent lighting control and management, and a building equipment energy monitoring and statistical management platform.

REAL-A Air Conditioning Energy Efficiency Control and Management System and Control Cabinet

The air conditioning energy efficiency control and management system encompasses energy efficiency control and management of the entire set of equipment, including the main air conditioning unit, chilled/cooling water systems, cooling water systems, air handling units, and terminal fan coil units.

The system's intelligent main control cabinet (REAL-A/PC) houses an intelligent controller (G.REAL-A), responsible for intelligent control computations of chilled/cooling water and cooling water systems, as well as input/output signal conversion. The REAL-A series energy-saving control cabinets receive control commands from the main control cabinet for response processing and execution output. Control principle: The system collects outdoor environmental parameters, automatically determines the operating mode based on seasonal and diurnal climate changes, and gathers operational data from multiple points including the main air conditioning unit, chilled/cooling water systems, cooling water systems, cooling tower fans, and terminal air conditioning equipment. The intelligent controller performs precise calculations to issue commands for comprehensive control of all aspects. Simultaneously, it dynamically adjusts the main unit's operating cycle based on actual system load and real-time adjusts the system flow of chilled/cooling water and cooling water circulation pumps to achieve supply on demand, ensuring the system operates under high energy efficiency ratio conditions. This results in multiple functions: energy saving and consumption reduction, improved equipment management, and extended equipment service life.

Air handling units include fresh air fans and air conditioning fans. Locally, an air handling unit intelligent control box (REAL-AX) can be configured, housing an intelligent controller (C.REAL-AX). It collects supply and return air temperature and humidity, outdoor environmental temperature and humidity, and indoor carbon dioxide concentration, comparing them with set values to control indoor temperature and humidity by regulating fans and electric control valves.

Terminal rooms are equipped with indoor air conditioning and lighting controllers (G.REAL-S). Based on collected data such as indoor air temperature, control valve status, outdoor temperature and humidity, and indoor occupancy, intelligent optimization controls the opening of control valves and fan speed to achieve temperature control. Lighting can be manually switched on/off or controlled based on illuminance collected by energy-saving detectors (G.REAL-Y) and occupancy detected via infrared (radar) technology.

The boiler energy efficiency control and management system includes energy efficiency control of the main boiler unit, circulation pumps, hot water pumps, control valves, etc.

The system's intelligent main control cabinet (REAL-B/PC) houses an intelligent controller (G.REAL-B), responsible for intelligent control algorithm computations for the boiler system and input/output signal conversion. The REAL-B series energy-saving control cabinets receive control commands from the main control cabinet for response processing and execution output. Boiler system control principle: The system collects relevant parameters such as environmental temperature and humidity, boiler hot water outlet temperature, return water temperature, and system pressure as needed. The boiler intelligent controller performs calculations to control the start/stop and variable power output of the main boiler unit, heat collection system, makeup water pumps, circulation pumps, and hot water pumps, and adjusts electric valve opening to control flow, thereby achieving reduced energy consumption and improved system energy efficiency (for solar-assisted boiler systems, the control principle for the solar thermal collection part refers to the Solar Thermal Control and Management System).

REAL-R Solar Thermal Control and Management System and Control Cabinet

This system utilizes solar energy for heating and hot water supply, enabling energy-saving control of the entire solar system's heat collection, heat storage, and heat supply.

The system's intelligent main control cabinet (REAL-R/PC) houses an intelligent controller (G.REAL-R), responsible for intelligent control algorithm computations for the solar heating and hot water system and input/output signal conversion. The REAL-R series energy-saving cabinets receive control commands from the main control cabinet for response processing and execution output. Solar system control principle: The system collects parameters such as ambient temperature, collector outlet and return water temperatures, system pressure, circulation pump outlet pressure and temperature as needed. The solar intelligent controller performs precise calculations to control the start/stop and output of the heat collection system, circulation pumps, and hot water pumps, while adjusting electric valve opening to control flow and reduce energy consumption.

REAL-Z Intelligent Lighting Control and Management System

This system is divided into indoor and outdoor lighting control and management.

The indoor intelligent lighting control and management system is a bus-type or LAN-type intelligent control and management system. All unit products have built-in microprocessors and memory units, forming a network via the bus. Each unit has a unique address, with functions set via software to control various circuit loads. Input units establish correspondence with output components via group addresses. When input occurs, the input unit converts it into a bus signal broadcast on the control system bus; all output units receive and judge it, controlling the corresponding circuit output.

Outdoor lighting mainly includes courtyard and road lighting. Street light control and management devices (REAL-ZL) can be installed as needed to achieve terminal energy-saving control and GPRS networking for transmission, monitoring, and management control. Depending on user requirements, a GIS geographic information map can be used as a display platform to monitor various information of all managed objects within its scope, enabling comprehensive operational management of the outdoor lighting system with functions like control management, statistics, and remote fault location. Through concentrators and other equipment, connection with the energy monitoring management platform can be achieved.

REAL-5000 Building Equipment Energy Monitoring and Statistical Management Platform

This platform covers both software and hardware. The system software is developed based on the Ministry of Construction's "Software Development Guidance Manual for Energy Consumption Monitoring Systems of State Organ Office Buildings and Large Public Buildings" (Jian Ban Ke Han [2009] No. 70). Its main functions include system monitoring, system energy consumption statistics, and system energy consumption evaluation. System hardware mainly includes controllers, concentrators, and repeaters. Controllers communicate with the platform software and concentrators, temporarily storing energy consumption data. Concentrators can communicate directly with the platform software, as well as with controllers and repeaters, and can temporarily store energy consumption data. Repeaters are used when the number of meters is large or the distance is long.
